How much does it cost to have us on retainer for website maintenance?
We like to keep things simple. Some web companies lock you into maintenance agreements and contracts. Or they force you to keep track of how many hours you’ve used and whether the unused portion will roll over. That’s just too much hassle, and our job is to make your business run easier, not harder.
You pay a flat rate of $75 per hour for maintenance when you need it, and only when you need it. If you pay for more than 3 hours worth of maintenance work upfront, you’ll get 5% off the total purchase. That’s it! No hidden fees or requirements.
Not sure how long your maintenance request will take to fulfill? We can give you a general idea for each batch of edits. Most website updates are pretty straightforward, but if you need troubleshooting or debugging, this could be time-consuming. Either way, we’ll be happy to provide an estimate before any work is done.
Want to keep your website up-to-date, but you’re short on time or expertise? We can do it for you. We provide website maintenance services for small businesses, including updating your blog and social media accounts, managing comments and email, and checking technical issues on the website.
What sort of things are done in a maintenance plan?
A website maintenance plan is essentially a way to keep not only your website software updated and secure, but also make any of the following types of edits:
